Kelly is a highly experienced social worker with over 25 years in the field. She has gained a wide range of expertise in various areas of social work, including crisis intervention, case management, client advocacy, and community organizing.
Kelly has spent much of her career working with Indigenous communities, both in urban and rural settings. She has a deep understanding of the unique challenges and strengths of these communities, and she approaches her work with humility, respect, and a commitment to cultural sensitivity.
She has worked with children and families involved in the child welfare system, provided counselling and support to individuals and families struggling with mental health issues, and worked in health care settings to coordinate care and advocate for patient rights. She is skilled in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes for her clients.
In addition to her clinical skills, Kelly has a passion for social justice and is committed to working towards systemic change to address the root causes of social problems. She has participated in numerous advocacy efforts at the local and state level, and has consistently provided high-quality, compassionate care to her clients.
